This year was great. Upping the parking cost to encourage people to move their cars back down was a great idea, there was a lot more camping room. The only thing that brought me down this year was the new coffee people. They were very rude and didn't care for the live oak way. During the early morning music sat morning my boyfriend and I went to get coffee. The booth was blasting their music while The Basically Bluegrass Boys were playing. Someone came and made the coffee people turn off their music because it was distracting for the band and they got overly upset. The rest of the morning (every time I would walk by) I would overhear them complaining about how they can't work without their music. The ladies pouring the coffee were degrading the line of customers by calling them stupid if they were in the wrong line and that they shouldn't even be there.
The girl we worked with didn't give us our change so when we stood there waiting she yelled at us to go away or by something, and when we said she didn't give us change she just slammed it on the counter and said next. That bummed us out.
