That's too bad, it sounds like really unacceptable behavior; but I wonder if it was just during the rush? Overall, I found the coffee situation a big improvement over recent years. The coffee catering trucks in past years were mostly slow unless you like waiting for lattes to be made to get your simple cup of morning coffee. Last year's was a complete overpriced disaster, so I was happy to be able to get up, get a cup at the booth and head for the Acorn roll line this year. I did notice some pretty long lines later though, say at 8-9AM.
Saturday morning they even brought a wagon of coffee for refills in the Acorn Roll line. Unfortunately, they did it right before 'roll' tome, and no one was expecting them, so not many needed or wanted the coffee. But at least they tried.
Anyway, sorry to hear that; I was glad to see Jav-a-gogo back, but maybe some of the employees have the wrong attitude (?).
