Is there enough room near the parking lot/RV area to have a spot for "trailer-droppers"?
I agree, that's not fair at all; it's one thing to let early-in volunteers set up camp for themselves and their families, but getting too greedy by including a bunch of friends, or letting others drop off RV's ahead of time when they're not even staying is no good.
Paying people that come in Friday don't usually have the luxury of large campsites with all of their friends right there, at least not if they follow the rules; they have to take what they can find. Early in volunteers should be able to set up a site for themselves and their family, that's all. If that's not suitable for the volunteers, then why should they expect it be OK for paying attendees?
