I guess its a question whether the early campsite access is just so the volunteers doing the setting up have a place to stay, or if it is a form of payment.
If its the first of these, then maybe there could be an area for people doing the setup to stay early in the week, that was not located in the campground area.
If it is the second, then maybe volunteers could be rewarded in ways that do not fill up the campground- free or discounted tickets is the obvious way, maybe "KCBX Dollars," or sponsored gifts similar to the ones donated for the silent auction, other ideas?
