Silent Auction
Please stop by the Live Oak Mercantile Tent and bid on some unique items and “experiences” donated by local businesses. All proceeds from the auction go to support Live Oak and KCBX Public Radio. Bidding for Auction I, held Friday & Saturday, closes at 5:00pm Saturday evening. Bidding for Auction II, held Sunday, closes at 5:00pm Sunday evening. Each auction features different items. Hours of Operation — Auction I:
Bidding: Friday……..9:30am — 7:00pm
Bidding: Saturday......9:30am — 5:00pm
Pick up: Saturday……6:00pm — 8:00pm
Hours of Operation — Auction II
Bidding: Sunday…….9:30am — 5:00pm
Pick up: Sunday……..6:00pm — 8:00pm
Rules
- Bidders must be 21 years of age or older to bid on alcohol and alcohol related items.
- Bidders must adhere to the minimum bid and bid increments denoted on the bid sheets.
- Please pick up Silent Auction items by 8pm on Saturday for Fri/Sat Auction, and/or by 8pm Sunday for Sunday Auction or you could lose your Silent Auction item.
