The "thank you" for the effort comes to many volunteers in the form of the festival itself. Just seeing it happen is more than enough reward for all of the work. It would be nice, though, if all of the volunteers could get something else, a gift from you -- in the form of a thank you. Please make an effort to let them know you appreciate the festival!
