Longtime local roots-reggae favorite Resination has been a formidable force in shaping the Central Coast music scene since the band was formed more than 20 years ago. With many accolades over the decades, including being voted SLO County’s top band, Resination delivers authentic roots rock reggae. Their vibrant, upbeat sound exudes positivity, bringing smiles and filling dance floors whenever they take the stage. Lead singer “Reggae Vance” (Vance Leon Fahie, pronounced Foy) grew up in a musical family in Brooklyn. Joining Fahie to create Resination’s lively sound are Thomas Cuffe, keyboards; Patrick Pearson, lead guitar; Tim Cordero, drums; and Michael Jimenez, bass.
