Live Oak Music Festival 2024 Policies

NO PETS POLICY

Pets are not allowed at Live Oak Music Festival. Only trained service dogs are permitted. Service dogs are trained working animals, NOT pets!

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service dog as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. No animal other than a dog can qualify as a service animal, even if that animal is trained to assist a person with a disability.

  • Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service dogs according to the ADA, even with a doctor’s note.

  • In California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment).
