Thank you for your interest in having a concession at this year's Live Oak Music Festival. The Live Oak Staff is gearing up for another exciting festival season as it plans for the next Live Oak Music Festival, to be held Fathers' Day Weekend at the Live Oak Camp near Santa Barbara. KCBX Public Radio is delighted to sponsor another incredible weekend of diverse music and enjoyment for the whole family.
We are recruiting local artisans and music vendors again this year to complement our food and beverage concessions. The criteria for selection will emphasize uniqueness, high-quality and artist-made product. Selected food and beverage concessions will provide healthy and diverse menus while meeting health and safety standards and complying with Santa Barbara County Health Department regulations. All vendors are also required to obtain a seller's permit. Cooperation and "neighborliness" is encouraged among all vendors and makes the festival a pleasant event to work.
KCBX IS THE EXCLUSIVE SELLER OF T-SHIRTS, BEER, WINE AND SODA DRINKS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT KCBX PUBLIC RADIO.
The Live Oak Music Festival has become a major volunteer fundraising event that has helped KCBX maintain its quality programming while exploring ways to become financially self-sufficient. We appreciate your active support of public radio and ask that each concessionaire take an active part in "marketing" the Live Oak Music Festival in his or her community. Average daily attendance at Live Oak is approximately 3000.
