Nico Larson (Próxima Parada) & Dan Curcio (Moonshiner Collective) Duo Set

Dan Curcio is the lead singer/songwriter for San Luis Obispo bands Moonshiner Collective and Still Time. His music blends folk, rock, and blues with positive and introspective lyrics, and has made him a Central Coast music staple for many years. His songs speak of community, family, hope, love, nature, and cosmic connection, delivered with a soulful voice that is uniquely and authentically his own.

Nico Larson is the songwriter, lead singer, keyboardist, and guitarist for Próxima Parada. San Luis Obispo has been his home since 2007. As Cal Poly students riding the bus to class, he and his bandmates would hear at every stop along the way, “Now approaching, próxima parada…” After many years of next stops, his groove-based music has become increasingly focused on personal growth, vulnerability, and showing up as exactly who he is.

This Sunday morning’s set offers a stripped-down look at songs from both Próxima Parada and Moonshiner Collective, with longtime friends Dan and Nico backing each other up for this one-of-a-kind duo show.
