Silent Auction

The Live Oak Music Festival Silent Auction is an event every Live “Oakie” knows to not miss! Visit the Mercantile and browse all of the great items donated by local businesses, artists, and supporters of the festival. The Silent Auction is an important part of raising funds to support Live Oak and KCBX Public Radio. Have fun and bid a lot!

Bidding begins at 9:30 am on Friday, June 12th, with 4 lots to bid in. Lots close in stages so everyone can have an opportunity to participate. (Bidding can only be done in person during the festival. Sorry, no proxy or online bidding is available.)

Winners who are not present at closing time will receive a text message. Please pay for your won items promptly. Items should be picked up by 8 pm on Sunday, June 15th.

The auction is held inside the Mercantile tent and is open when the Mercantile is open, 9:30am-9:00pm. You may bid by putting your name and phone number on the bid sheet with your bid amount higher than the previous bid. You must bid in the increment amount listed on the bid sheet.
When the bid lot closes, bid sheets are reviewed by silent auction staff and the highest qualifying bid is circled and the bid sheet marked closed.
Once the lot is closed and winning bidders are identified, winners should go to the Mercantile cashier and provide their name and ID. Once confirmed, you may pay and pick up your item(s) immediately.
We don’t require registering to bid in our auction; however, for certain items, you must be 21 or older to receive items (alcoholic beverages). Please be a responsible bidder and pay and pick up your won item(s) promptly.
If you have left the festival when bidding ends, we will send you a text message that you have won. If you have a family member or friend at the festival, they can pick up your item, provided you let us know in advance.
Items not picked up will returned to KCBX for pickup. If not picked up within 1 week from the end of the festival, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
