Marketplace Crew (Concessions)

Join our Marketplace crew and play a vital role in creating a smooth experience for our vendors! In this position, you will assist in setting up vendor spaces according to the festival map, ensuring that areas are organized and accessible. You will also greet and check in vendors upon their arrival, providing them with essential information before directing them to their booths. 

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina for tasks - like moving markers and lightweight equipment - and excellent communication skills to assist vendors effectively. Throughout the festival, this team checks in with vendors to ensure they comply with regulations, and provide vendors with support as needed. 

Volunteers should be reliable, punctual, able to work outdoors in varying conditions, and eager to contribute to the success of our vibrant community event. 

The schedule entails full work days pre-fest on Wednesday and Thursday, and a half day on Friday morning. There are also a few short on-call shifts throughout the festival, which are flexible and allow you to enjoy your favorite music. Additionally, the team works Sunday night to begin tearing down the vendor area, and Monday morning until all vendors have departed the festival.
