The Mercantile setup/teardown crew works nine hours on Thursday (the day before the festival) to load in tables, display racks and merchandise. The crew works together to decorate the Mercantile space and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for attendees to enjoy while browsing the store. The crew packs things up on Monday after the festival (6 hours) . Breakfast and lunch provided Thursday, lunch on Monday.
Read MoreThe Concessions team is seeking one volunteer for one shift on Sunday afternoon (approx. 4 -12 am, with a break in between), plus one Monday morning shift (approx 8 am - 2 pm). The Sunday shift begins with helping the ArtWalk crew with the deconstruction of the Live Oak Open Mic stage in the vendor area. The volunteer will then be supporting the Marketplace team on Sunday evening and into the night to tear down the vendor area and assist with vendor load out. The shift on Monday morning will continue supporting vendor load out and clean up until all vendors have departed the festival.

You will be responsible for one of the camping areas and will work to help people find a spot to set up their camp while ensuring we make the most efficient use of all the available camping areas. You will be working approximately 15 hours from Thursday afternoon though Saturday morning
Requirements: Be able to walk on camp ground terrain for a full day. Have a happy can-do attitude. Be able to make quick decisions with limited supervision.

The Monday crew is responsible for cleaning up the grounds as we take down the wonderland that is Live Oak. You will work from 8am until 5pm on Monday after the festival. You will also work cleaning the audience area for about 30 minutes after the KCBX stage shuts down on Friday and Saturday nights.
Requirement: Be able to smile, be concerned about our planet, and be able to empty trash cans.
